Returns, our first official iPhone app, allows you to very quickly and very easily calculate the cash-on-cash return of an investment property.  Enter the mortgage, insurance, tax, other expenses, and annual income and your Cash-On-Cash Return is computed instantly!

Well, we’re all very excited now that our account has been set up with the App Store.  Our first app, Returns, is going through the final rounds of testing and will be submitted shortly for approval.  We’ll be uploading some screenshots and a quick walkthrough soon!
